Chris Sena is an HR executive with proven success driving business results through implementing "outside in" HR strategy, generating creative HR solutions, driving employee engagement, creating healthy and inclusive cultures and attracting and developing talent. Chris joined Cardinal Health in February 2009 as Senior Director, Human Resources for the Nuclear Pharmacy Services business unit. In 2010, Chris was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources and was responsible for leading HR and training teams, setting and executing HR strategy, and creating an "employer of choice" culture.  Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Chris spent nearly 10 years leading HR centers of excellence such as training, talent management, organization development and talent management.
