“Put your oxygen mask on first before helping others.” We’ve all heard this directive during pre-flight instructions and you should also hear it as a developer of leaders! Beyond best practices, what are the practical ways and means to reset, refresh and renew in order to help others do the same? Join Carey Anne Curran (Leadership Development SIG leader) as we test out some methods for self-renewal that can work with others, too. Come prepared with questions and/or share what you know!

Carey Anne works in Learning & Development for American Honda Motor Co. in Marysville. There she uses her experience in learning administration, engagement, orientation, coaching current and rising leaders in leadership development, facilitating human interactions and communication skill development to build Honda’s teams. She enjoys achieving clear goals and providing a learning space for people to understand their own goals too.
