COATD member Jane Magness will be facilitating a discussion about how Organizational Development professionals can respond to the impact of the “Great Resignation” on our organizations. It is a serious issue that can potentially cripple a business. Learn how we can help organizations survive and better handle this climate. Come prepared with questions and/or share what you know!

About our presenter:

Jane Magness is the Training and Development Manager at BMI Federal Credit Union in Dublin. She uses her experience in program development, instructional design, and assessment to build meaningful learning experiences for employees that align with their business's goals. She enjoys working with leaders and subject matter experts to make learning accessible and personalized for employees. Jane believes that the assessment of learning programs is critical for employee success and demonstrates the value of L&D to the organization.
