Tim Harshbarger is Vice President of Operations for Focus 3, a firm whose mission is to help organizations and teams around the world align the power of leadership, culture, and behavior to achieve next level results. Prior to joining Focus 3 Tim served in senior leadership roles at three large publicly traded companies (American Electric Power, Huntington Bank, and Pike Corporation).
Tim teaches and coaches leaders at all levels to develop discipline-driven skills and behaviors that take them well beyond their talent and technical competence. He brings a passion for developing leaders at all levels while working with leadership teams to create and sustain cultures that win. His clients include banks, insurance companies, energy companies, healthcare providers, manufacturers, construction, school districts, and many others.
Tim completed his undergraduate degree at Purdue University and later obtained his MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business. He has over 25 years of experience in the energy and banking industry. He currently resides in Dublin, Ohio.
