The Certified Professional in Learning and Performance™ (CPLP™) offered by the ATD Certification Institute (CI) offers workplace learning and performance (WLP) professionals an opportunity to enhance credibility and prove value in an increasingly competitive marketplace.  It is a broad-based certification and addresses ten areas of expertise as defined by the ATD Competency Model.   If you would like to learn more about the CPLP program, you can learn more at the ATD website at https://www.td.org/Certification  or https://www.td.org/Certification/Get-Started

Description of the program

The purpose of these study sessions is to prepare you to pass the CPLP exam. In addition, we strive to help you expand your knowledge of the ten areas of expertise as defined by the ATD Competency Model.  https://www.td.org/Certification/Competency-Model

What’s in it for you? Top Five Reasons to become CPLP Certified:

  • Build and validate your skills
  • Increase your earning potential

This ten week session will focus on 1 to 2 ATD Competency Model Areas of Expertise [AOE] each session.  The participants will study the assigned AOE each week and come to the review session having prepared to deliver a brief informal teach-back of the section of the reference material they were assigned for the week, after which we will debrief the material as a group.  There is no cost to the study group participant.
